Sandrine

I had the pleasure of meeting Sandrine almost two years ago. We met at a triathlon training group (TrimoreFitness.com). What I remember most was that she arrived to the first workout without a bike, her bike had been destroyed in shipping -needless to say she quickly recovered.

Over the last two years I've been inspired by her motivation, energy and competitive spirit. Over the last two years she has completed her 1st marathon (qualifing for Boston) and several triathlons even placing 6th in her age group in the infamous Escape from Alcatraz. Impressive and inspirational!

When I decided my next project would be a series of athletes - Sandrine was first on my list.

Here are a few photos from our session at Aquatic Park. Expecting the soft light and fog of the San Francisco summer we had warm temps and blue sky that morning. I'm not complaining, I love the outcome of our photo shoot.
